With over 15 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, my goal is to help guide you back to your heart. Every story is unique and the path to connection is different for everyone. With a client-centered approach, I ensure a safe and confidential space that will allow you to feel seen and heard.

I am honoured to live, work, and play on the lands of the Secwepemc, Nlaka'pamux, Okanagan people. My home and office space resides on the lands of the Secwepemc, Neskonlith and Little Shuswap Indian Band territory, I will continue to extend my gratitude for this opportunity by educating myself and listening deeply to your stories.
Born and raised in Kamloops, BC, it is my life long dream to return to the area to help humans in some capacity; my goal is to connect with people on a deeper level and encourage healing.
Fee Structure
In-person $120 (per 60 minute session) Chase, BC
Telehealth (PHIPA approved) $120 (per 60 minute session) BC wide
90-minute session $160 (per 75 minute session) In-person and telehealth
FREE telephone consultation (10 to 20 minutes)
*NEW* 30 minute REFRESH session (telehealth/online only) $60
